Cross Training
Our cross training is a dynamic fitness class that integrates cardiovascular exercise, weightlifting, gymnastics, and functional movements to enhance overall physical fitness. Workouts, featuring a variety of exercises, focus on high-intensity training to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. The program highlights functional fitness, aiming to enhance individuals' ability to perform everyday activities effectively. Classes often revolve around a Workout of the Day (WOD), encouraging a sense of community as participants engage in diverse and challenging exercises together.
